We are Dynamic Vehicle Solutions Ltd and our registered address is at Priory House, 45-51 High St, Reigate RH2 9AE.  Our Financial Conduct Authority Firm Reference Number is 669249.  You can verify our status on the Financial Services Register by visiting the FCA’s website at www.fca.org.uk or by contacting the contact centre on 0300 500 8082.  We are a credit broker of vehicle finance, we are not a funder or lender.  We charge a processing fee of £216 including VAT for our services.  The processing fee is the broker fee charged by Dynamic Vehicle Solutions Ltd for our service and represents the costs incurred for arranging the sale, ordering the vehicle, arranging the finance and organising delivery of the vehicle.  This processing fee is payable by debit or credit card or by BACs payment and is taken once finance approval has been received, along with all relevant paperwork signed by yourself instructing us to place an order on your behalf.  Credit card payments will be subject to a 1.95% charge.

If you sign an order instructing us to bring a car into stock for delivery to you and then subsequently cancel a) as a regulated customer more than 14 days after we have confirmed receipt of your order or b) as an unregulated customer at any point after we have confirmed receipt of your order we will charge a fee of £200 including VAT for cancellation of our brokerage services.  You will receive notice in writing of the charge within 48 hours of cancellation.  Our invoice must be paid by cheque or direct bank transfer within 7 days of the date of the invoice.  Our full cancellation policy is detailed above
